1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns on all items within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

The item must be in the same condition that you received it, with no damage or signs of wear.

2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email us at info@eadesandfrancis.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Please include clear images of the product if it is damaged.

Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return your product.
3. Return Shipping Costs

Customer Responsibility: You will be responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival. In these cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

Return Shipping Method: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Note: We are not responsible for any returns that are lost or damaged in transit.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order with the following details:

We will either send you a replacement item or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

In compliance with Google Marketplace policies, we adhere to their requirements regarding customer returns and refunds. This includes providing transparent and accurate return policies, processing refunds promptly, and offering a simple return process for customers.
